Some of the long term effects of Sleep Deprivation are:

  • If your body does not get enough Sleep you may be vulnerable to such deadly diseases like Cancer and
  • It may also hamper your Reproductive health and decrease your Immune system.

  • It also impacts your heart muscles and hence can be the cause of cardiovascular diseases

  • It causes Obesity
  • Causes Skin diseases
  • Affects your Memory and reduce your Thinking abilities
  • Causes lack of Alertness and increase Irritability.
