As we know there are no pros if we Sleep less than the average Sleep hour (8 hours) and some of the long term effects of Sleep deprivation are listed below:

  • It may also hamper your Reproductive healthand decrease your Immune system
  • It also impacts your Heart muscles and hence can be the cause of Cardiovascular diseases

  • It causes Obesity
  • Causes Skin diseases
  • Affects your Memory and reduce your Thinking abilities

Causes lack of Alertness and increase Irritability.
