Some of the problems that might happen due to sleep deprivation are:

  • It may also hamper your Reproductive Healthand decreases your Immune System
  • It also impacts your Heart muscles and hence can be the cause of Cardiovascular diseases
  • It causes Obesity
  • Causes Skin diseases
  • Affects your Memory and reduce your Thinking abilities
  • Causes lack of Alertness and increase Irritability

How to fight this (Some of the Remedies):

  • stick to a Sleep schedule
  • Exercise daily
  • Evaluate your bedroom to ensure ideal Temperature, Sound and Light
  • Sleep on a comfortable Mattress and Pillows
  • Reduce Caffeine and Alcohol consumption
  • Turn off electronics at least 1 hour before bed.
